How to submit a support ticket:

 

The term 'support ticket' describes the interaction between a member and our support team.

 

  • Go to https://mymahotsav.com/.
  • Navigate to Help > Raise a support ticket.
  • You will be taken to your Support Portal.
  • Here you will see all your open and closed tickets. 
  • Click ‘Create a new ticket’.
  • Proceed to complete the form, ensure the subject and details are complete. You also have the option to attach a photo, video or file for our support team to view.
  • Using the drop-down options below the ‘details’ field, you are able to categorise and prioritise your ticket.  
  • Once all fields have been completed you can then go ahead and select ‘create ticket’.

  • Once our support team have replied to your ticket, you will receive an email to notify you. 
  • If you feel your ticket has been resolved, you do have the option to close the ticket yourself and you can always re-open it at a later date if needs be.
